Hiring a builder/founder/operator in residence

Juna Retreat is a platform for retreats with the first experiment being a month-long retreat for builders, founders and operators at a beach resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam during September, 2026.

We are looking for a builder/founder/operator that is experienced enough to provide advice and guide discussions with the retreat participants.

We will cover airfares, accommodation and a reasonable stipend for the month. The time commitment per day would be about 1-2 hours of facilitation and giving advice. You are free to work on your own project outside that time.
